What we did ??
- We designed, developed ECU and built close loop algorithm to control ac drive which in turn controls the main motor on the calibration bench
- Closed loop monitoring and control of temperature to ensure desired quantity of oil delivery within the stipulated time period
- Ensuring the product meets all the specifications and functional requirement in presence of heavy electrical noises
- Overcame the limitations on deployment due to language constraint by providing icon/symbol based control
- Flexibility in software end-of-line flashing
