Em over the years has established excellent supply chain partners who help provide us with defense grade components making our wire harnesses extremely reliable. Em electronix is geared up with the latest tooling required for producing world class wire harnesses.
Some of our customers require braiding due to the harsh environment that the wire harness & cable assemblies are exposed to. Wires are pulled through a machine and the braid is woven securely onto the cable. Braiding a wire harness provides abrasion protection and increases integrity of the harness assembly.
EMPEL has many applicators and hand tools in stock, available to crimp most terminals including Molex, Amp (Tyco), Positronics, Amphenol and Deutsch.
