At em the employees have a club which is completely managed by employees without the involvement of management. Every year a Club Secretary is unanimously chosen to manage the club. This is one of the initiatives to encourage leadership among employees. It is through this club that a lot of yearly recreational activities get planned. Every year a family day is celebrated at office. This gives employees an opportunity to bring their family to work. Added to this there are entertainment games arranged in which families and employees both participate.
Every Year em electronix also holds Table tennis tournaments, Cricket tournaments and Carrom tournaments. Sports and games are encouraged at em electronix to help employees relax after work. Few of our enthusiastic employees have even made it a routine to play Table tennis and Carrom every day after work!
